Our firm was founded in 1983 by Massey McConnell as C&M Investments. After the passing of Mr. McConnell's partner in 1989, M&T Property Management was formed to manage the Rayville West property. In the early 2000's, M&T began to grow and acquired the rights to manage several affordable housing developments in Louisiana.

In 2003, M&T began managing one HUD and three Rural Development properties. By 2004, Pat & Billy partnered with developers and began construction of West Villa in Winnsboro and Webster Village in Minden which are both Tax Credit Properties. As a result of hurricane Katrina in 2005, M&T Development Company was created and began developing hundreds of affordable housing units through the GO Zone Act of 2006.

M&T Property Management now manages more than 850 affordable units spanning the state of Louisiana. Each year our team is thankful for the opportunity to serve the needs of our affordable housing tenants and to provide high-quality housing to those who qualify for it.

Our property management firm continues to grow as a company and is dedicated to keeping and maintaining a high level of professional property managers who are knowledgeable in the industry.
